A fifteen-second song with your company name in it. People in your town hear it, and when they need you, they type your name. We write it and sing it before you pay anything. Then we put it in front of everyone within twenty miles, keep your Google profile alive, and send you one page a month that says how many people searched for you by name and how many called.
$750 a month. The first seat in each county pays $500 for as long as it holds it. No contract. The song is yours even if you leave.Every company in your trade and your town, ranked by how many people typed its name into Google last month. Yours is on it. One page, free, and the new one comes on the first of each month until you say stop. We will also make you a fifteen-second jingle, free, and send it with the scorecard.
Either people cannot find you, or they find you and do not call. Everything else is noise.
Your Google profile has eleven reviews and no reply to the bad one. The last photo is from 2022. When someone in your town searches for what you do, the company that shows up is the one that posted last week. None of that is about your work. Google cannot see your work.
Nine out of ten local searches happen on a phone. She lands on your site with one thumb free, looks for a number, and goes back to the list. Google counts the ten seconds she stayed. No promise at the top. No owner's face. No button under the thumb.
Here is why the first problem never fixes itself. When someone types "roofer near me", Google picks from every company within twenty miles. Call it the near-me lottery. You are entered every day, you win about as often as anyone else, and every agency in the country sells you a way to buy more tickets. A search with your name in it has one result. Our job is to make that the search people run.
Two minutes. The numbers are in it. Play it with the sound on.
You talk for twenty minutes at the start. After that, your part is answering the phone. It will never be quite that tidy in practice. We have made it as close as we can, and nearly all of what is left is on our side.
Your profile has eleven reviews and one of them is a one-star you never answered. Google ranks the profile that looks open this week, and thirty days of photos and replies is enough to look open.
You have never spent a dollar on advertising. The ad budget is inside the five hundred, and skipped views are free.
The company across town spends ten times what you do. They can buy every click in the county. They cannot buy a search that has your name in it.
You cannot sing, hate the sound of your own voice, and would never sit for a podcast. Nobody asks you to.
We will not sign you to a contract.
We will not keep your Google profile, your ad account, your website or your jingle if you go. They are set up in your name from day one.
We will not buy fake reviews or pay for real ones, because Google bans both and the penalty lands on you.
We will not take two roofers in the same town. One trade, one town, one client. The seat is yours until you give it up.
We also do not take franchises, companies under two years old, or anyone who asks for a review he did not earn. We would rather leave a seat empty than fill it with the wrong company.
Start with Presence. Add Phone when the monthly report shows calls you missed. Buy the jingle alone if you already have someone running the rest; it counts in full against Presence if you start within ninety days.
one time. Credited in full against Presence within ninety days.
Founder's rate. The first company to take a seat in its county pays $500 for as long as it holds it. After that the seat is $750. Month to month. The $2,000 jingle is inside it.
month to month. Founder's rate; $1,150 after the first seat in the county.
One more thing, and it is the only pressure on this page. We take one company per trade in each town. If a competitor takes your town first, the jingle we sing there has their name in it. It runs on YouTube in front of your customers for as long as they stay with us, and we will not record a second one for the same trade in the same town. We write to every company in a trade in the same week, and one of them takes the seat. The seat map shows which towns are still open.
The guarantee. If by your third report the number of people searching your company name has not gone up from the baseline on your scorecard, months two and three are refunded and you keep the jingle, the profile and the site. Month one is the build and we keep it.
The seat pass. You cannot refer another roofer, because there is one roofing seat and you hold it. You can refer the electrician, the plumber and the pest company you see on jobs. Three seat pass cards come in your welcome box. When a company you passed a card to takes its seat, your next month is free, and from then on both jingles run in the same thirty-second spot, so each name reaches the other's audience on the same budget. We call that the town bloc.
Every account, profile, site and recording is set up in your name and stays with you. Cancel from your billing portal any time; service runs to the end of the paid month. Questions first? hello@townshipsignal.com.
How it is made. Every jingle is written by us and produced with a licensed studio music model under a commercial license we assign to you in writing. Every episode is read by a licensed copy of your voice, recorded once, with your written consent, and deleted when you leave. We reply to reviews as you, request reviews with neutral wording and no incentive, and follow Google's Business Profile and advertising policies as written. In your first thirty days we answer every review you have ever received, post at least twelve job photos, and publish four episodes. You can count them.
